It is our desire to ship our products
as expeditiously as is possible. By following all Paypal rules, including
those listed next, you will help us reach this goal.

We cannot ship to a P.O.Box #.

You must have a physical street,
house or apartment number address that is attainable by a carrier
such as UPS.

We cannot ship to an address that
is different than the address that is listed on the credit card
you use to pay Paypal with.

Your order will most likely be
shipped from central MO.

As for the present, we will only
be shipping quilts to the lower 48 states.

Hopefully in a few weeks we will
include all 50 plus Canada. If you are in one of these regions
wanting to make a purchase, E-mail
us for further possibilities.

We also accept cashiers checks
& money orders.

Please allow an additional 10
days processing for personal checks.

When not paying by credit, use

For us to best serve you it is important
that you read and understand the entire return policy at the time
of placing your order.

No item will be refunded/or exchanged
without a prior return authorization which will include the proper
address to return it to.

This authorization must be requested
by E-mail
with detailed description of the problem at service@quiltvalley.com
within 3 days of your receiving the order.

Your authorization will come via
E-mail to the same address that your request came from (an alternate
e-mail address may be used to get a second copy of the authorization)

At the time of the Authorization
you will have 7 days to ship the return item according to instructions
you receive.

The returned items must be in
as received condition, If the item has been used and soiled, washed,
dry cleaned or allowed to absorb odors such as smoke, pets etc.
it will void any refund or exchanges.
Quilt Valley holds sole discretion
over any exchanges and or refunds, these decisions will be made at
the time of our receipt of the return item. The following are considered
normality as with many hand crafted products.

As with any hand pieced or hand
quilted item irregularities occur, each quilt may have several
thousand stitches in it, some of which may have been missed, scores
of pieces of hand cut fabrics, these may vary slightly in size
and shape.
-
Further more, the quilt sizes
may vary in width and length slightly from what is considered
a standard sized "king, queen, twin" etc.
It is our desire to describe to the best of our
abilities our products accurately but keeping these things in mind.
You may notice a few missed stitches or small unfinished section.
These imperfections do not warrant return of product, and are easily
fixed or can be marked down.
You may rarely encounter, however, an item with
a large stain, a tear or an unfinished section. In such instances
you must contact us by e-mail within 3 days of receiving your shipment.
We will immediately accommodate you with a return authorization
to the exchange & refund committee.
There is a 15% restocking fee for anything other
than excessive damage. Any return that arrives without a prenumbered
return authorization will be refused. Upon receipt of the return
merchandise, the Returns Committee will inspect the piece(s). If
legitimate damage is noted, the item will be replaced and inbound
freight will be credited. If the Returns Committee denies the claim,
the item(s) will be shipped back to you at your expense. The Returns
Committee decision is final.
In the event of a flaw , contact
us by E-mail with a description of the problem within 3 days of receiving
your order. Quilt Valley will then E-mail solution options such as
exchange authorization or repair options.
