What is the
shipping charge for the quilts and shams?
Shipping/Handling charge for the quilts
are $9.00 each and $5.00 for shams. For more information

- How will you use my personal
information? We only collect
the information required to process and ship your merchandise.
Under no circumstances will this information be sold, shared,
rented, or loaned to anyone. Paypal passes no credit informtion to us. Privacy

- I do not have a
Paypal account. What do I do?

PayPal no long requires you open an account to pay for your purchases. Opening a PayPal account is now optional.

Color Identification Exchange
- I would like to order from you but I want to make sure the color is right. What do I do?
You can take advantage of our pillow sham color identification exchange program.
How it works:
- Place an order for (purchase) the sham of your choice
- Indicate in the comments section of the checkout screen that you are taking advantage of our Exchange Program
- We will ship you the sham. You are responsible for shipping costs.
- You have 2 weeks to see how it works in your decor
- If the sham just doesn't work, mail the sham back in original condition in less than 14 days..
- E-mail us Service@QuiltValley.com to let us know it is being returned when you mail it.
- Do not send COD
- After we receive and inspect it we will refund the price of the sham less the shipping through PayPal (if you paid through PayPal)..
- You are always welcome to e-mail us first about colors if we can be of help,.
- All exchanges will be considered sales after 14 days.
